Choice of opening agent and smooth agent
 
In the process of plastic products processing, in order to improve the processing speed, reduce the friction between the products and equipment, increase the smoothness of the final products, such as brightness, often need to add lubricant, have the effect of smooth, for film products also play a role opening, known as opening agent, smooth agent effect.
 
The choice of opening agent, smooth agent needs to consider the selected opening agent, the melting point of smooth agent, decomposition temperature, materials and the miscibility of materials, the melting point, processing temperature, smoothness and transparency requirements for manufactured goods, make the choice can not only meet the requirements of opening, smooth, in not influence on manufactured goods itself product manufacturing. Commonly used slippery agent, opening agent is divided into inorganic and organic categories.
 
Inorganic: silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, silicon as raw materials made of ultra-fine silicon cave slippery agent;
 
Organic: fatty amides such as erucic acid amide, oleic acid amide, stearic acid amide, behenyl amide;
 
Fatty amides such as ethylene distearate amide, pentaerythritol stearate, ethylene dioleate amide;
 
Fatty amide and fatty bisamide as raw materials for deep processing, connecting long carbon chain fatty groups made suitable for higher temperature processing of lubricants.
