3. Physicochemical properties of the product
This product is a high-slip, high-melting synthetic wax. It is almost insoluble in common solvents at room temperature. However, it can be used as an additive for resins in a dispersed state, a gel state or a solid state, and also as an additive for color masterbatches, inks, paints, coatings, etc. At or above the melting point of this product, it is soluble in mixed xylene, terpenes, paint coatings, naphtha, butanol, methyl solvents and high boiling point solvents. But it is insoluble in boiling point solvents such as water, ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and glycerol. It has the characteristics of high temperature lubrication and low temperature anti-sticking, and obviously improves the surface smoothness of products.
4. Product application
(1) It can mainly be used as a lubricant for molding, polishing and injection molding of ABS, PE color masterbatch, hard and transparent PVC, PS, PA, POM, PC, etc. Generally, 0.3-5% can be added without affecting the thermal stability, surface appearance, color tone, and transparency of the film.
(2) It can be used as a lubricant for highly filled PP, and as a surface brightener, anti-sticking agent and leveling agent in inks, paints and coatings;
(3) It can be used as a wire drawing lubricant in the metal processing and powder metallurgy industries;
(4) It can be used as dispersant and lubricant for ABS masterbatch and PE functional modified masterbatch, lubricant for plastic sheet, defoamer for paper industry, etc.
5. Packaging, storage and transportation
Packaging: powder 20kg/bag, granule 25kg/bag, paper-plastic composite bag, lined with plastic bag, 600kg/pallet. This product is stored and transported as common chemicals.
